Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookPoint ("the Service"), operated by BookPoint SRL ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BookPoint is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) booking and appointment management platform. We provide tools to help businesses manage reservations, staff schedules, client notifications and online bookings.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

BookPoint offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) send unsolicited communications (spam); (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) distribute malware or harmful code; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

BookPoint integrates with third-party services including SMS Gateway Master, mess-api.com (WhatsApp), Stripe and Google OAuth. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
