BookPoint ("we", "us", "our") is a SaaS booking platform operated by BookPoint SRL. Our platform is available at bookpoint.net. For privacy-related inquiries: hello@bookpoint.net.
Account data: Name, email address, and (optionally) Google account information when you register.
Business data: Business name, phone number, address and timezone provided during onboarding.
Booking data: Client names, email addresses and phone numbers entered when creating bookings (either by your clients or your staff).
Usage data: Log data, browser type, IP address and pages visited, collected automatically for security and performance purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking data is retained for 2 years after the booking date unless you request deletion. Usage logs are retained for 90 days.
