BookPoint is an online booking platform for hotels, guesthouses, vacation rentals and accommodation providers. Property owners list their rooms on BookPoint and guests book directly — no commission fees, instant confirmation.

What is BookPoint?

BookPoint (bookpoint.net) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) booking platform launched in 2025. It is designed to help any accommodation business — from a small guesthouse to a multi-property hotel group — publish availability online and receive reservations without the complexity or cost of traditional property management software.

Unlike OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb, BookPoint charges no per-booking commission. Businesses pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of the revenue from every reservation.

BookPoint is also used by salons, clinics, and restaurants as a general-purpose appointment and reservation management tool.

How BookPoint works

   Property owners create an account

   Sign up at bookpoint.net/register, complete the onboarding wizard (takes under 5 minutes), and add rooms with photos, descriptions, amenities and pricing.

   Guests discover and book

   Each property gets a dedicated booking page at bookpoint.net/book/{property} and a public site at bookpoint.net/site/{property}. Guests can also browse all available properties at bookpoint.net/rooms.

   Owners manage bookings from the dashboard

   A visual calendar, notification rules (email, SMS, WhatsApp), staff management, pricing rules and analytics are available in the property dashboard at bookpoint.net/dashboard.

Coverage and trust

BookPoint is used by accommodation businesses primarily in Romania and across Central and Eastern Europe, with properties in cities including Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, Sinaia, and Timișoara. The platform supports bookings in 7 languages: Romanian, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Hungarian.

Every booking made through BookPoint is confirmed in real time. The guest receives an email confirmation immediately after completing the reservation form. No manual approval is required unless the property owner specifically enables a manual confirmation workflow.
